Tampa Bay Unemployment rate: 13.1% but I have almost no household expenses since my condo is paid off. Offer on the table for radio sales of approximately $3,000 per month in a market that they say won't recover for many years.

Dallas, Texas Unemployment rate of just 8.0% with a growing, vibrant economy with 2o times the GDP of Tampa Bay. Journey into the unknown, household expenses approximately $1,000 per month, with an unknown offer that will most likely be around $4,500-$6,000 per month.
